"That's the way things happen on the Polar Express!"

The boys and I took a short trip to Utah and while we were there we headed up to the Heber Valley Railroad with grandma to take a ride on the Polar Express. As you can imagine Cooper really enjoyed it. Before we boarded the train the conductor happened to walk by, presenting a must have photo op. On the train we had hot chocolate and cookies, sang Christmas carols, read the Polar Express story, and visited with Santa, who gave out silver bells. It was a great way to start off the Christmas Season.

Yes, that's right Jr. Conductor meets the real deal.

Looking for Santa who was waving outside the train.

Let the train ride begin!

Okay I watched the Polar Express with Camille the other day (First time!) Can I just say the kid with the glasses...SUPER annoying...his voice just drove me nuts! Next time I see Coop I'll have to hand him my ticket and let him punch my initials in it ;)

That looks like so much fun! We may have to take our girls on that before Christmas. Hey if you ever come to Utah again, give me a call. We are living in Springville and I'd love to see you!

That is so neat. My little Joseph would flip if he was able to ride on the Polar Express.
