Cooper in a ball pit (he received a good sanitizing after that). Bailee and Cooper in an Amish Buggy.
From Boise to California, Utah, Ohio, and home again. It feels like I've been gone for months. Cooper, mom and I went to Utah and stayed at my grandparents house. We had to be at the airport by 5:00 so I made sure I had everything ready the night before. All I had to do in the morning is basically put my suitcases in the car, and get Cooper into his car seat. We were a little rushed getting to the airport, so I decided to wait by the car at the drop off area while my mom checked in. As she was checking in I wanted to have my ID ready so I could run in and check in when she was finished. I went to my carry on and my wallet wasn't there, then I went to my suitcase, then Cooper's and back to my carry on. I was starting to freak out, tearing open my suitcase, I began thinking when I last had my wallet and realized I had put it in a shopping bag and forgotten to take it out the day before. I was upset thinking I would have to catch a later flight. To make a long story short, I didn't even need my ID, but I had to go through extra screening. Cooper and I had to stand in a booth and have air shot at us from all directions, which needless to say doesn't make a toddler very happy at 5:00 in the morning. Despite all the drama, Cooper was a champ on the airplane. We arrived in Cleveland and could hardly keep from smiling as we saw Karlie's car approaching to pick us up. Karlie had a fun week planned for us and we were so excited to just be able to spend it with her and her little fam. We did a lot of fun things while we were there. We went to a chocolate factory, a huge park, the zoo, a play place, shopped, and went to a fun amish restaurant. Most of all I enjoyed relaxing with Karlie and mom and watching Bailee and Cooper play together. They are both such characters and Bailee is really starting to show her personality. Anyhow, the time came for us to return home and it was sad to say goodbye. So my vacation time is over for a while now, but it's nice to be home and back in the swing of things.
